Pendahuluan: Interprofessional education merupakan praktik kolaborasi lebih dari satu tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki tujuan saling memahami keahlian dan peran masing-masing profesi serta berupaya dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan..
Tujuan: Mengetahui persepsi dan kesiapan mahasiswa fisioterapi terhadap pelaksanaan interprofessional education dan melihat hubungan antara persepsi dengan kesiapan.
Metode: Studi ini merupakan studi pengamatan yang dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan desain cross-sectional. Responden 103 mahasiswa fisioterapi.
Hasil: Mahasiswa memiliki persepsi baik sebanyak (98%) dan memiliki persepsi sedang (2%). Kesiapan mahasiswa terhadap pelaksanaan interprofessional education (83%) memiliki kesiapan baik dan (17%) dengan kesiapn sedang.
ABSTRACT
Introduction: Interprofessional education is a collaborative practice of more than one health worker whose goal is to mutually understand the expertise and roles of each profession and strive to improve the quality of health services.
Objectives: To find out the perceptions and readiness of physiotherapy students towards the implementatioSn of interprofessional education and to see the relationship between perceptions and readiness.
Methods: This study is an observational study conducted using a quantitative method and a cross-sectional design. Respondents were 103 physiotherapy students.
Results: Students have good perceptions (98%) and moderate perceptions (2%). Student readiness for the implementation of interprofessional education (83%) had good readiness and (17%) moderate readiness.
