HUBUNGAN HIPERTENSI, DIABETES MELLITUS DAN DISLIPIDEMIA DENGAN LUARAN KLINIS PASIEN ISKEMIK STROKE DENGAN HIPERSOMNIA

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan hipertensi, dislipidemia, diabetes mellitus (faktor risiko stroke) dengan luaran klinis pasien stroke iskemik dengan hipersomnia berdasarkan perubahan skor The National Institutes Health Stroke
Scale (NIHSS). Desain penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional, 72 sampel pasien stroke iskemik yang dirawat di rumah sakit Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo sejak Januari sampai September 2017.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan luaran klinis pasien stroke iskemik dengan hipersomnia disertai hipertensi lebih buruk dibandingkan tanpa hipertensi (p=0.012; Mann Whitney Test), sama halnya jika disertai dislipidemia (p= 0.003; Mann Whitney Test). Berbeda dengan kondisi diabetes melltius (p=0.792; Mann Whitney Test) tidak berhubungan dengan luaran klinis pasien stroke iskemik dengan hipersomnia.
