Abstract

Open dislocation in the proximal finger interphalang is a common case in the orthopedic field and requires surgery. Epidemiological studies show the incidence of open interphalngs dislocations proximal to the fingers quite a bit and generally involve small joints in the hand compartment. This report shows a 21year-old male with open dislocation proxymal interphalx in the flexor compartment and a digital extension of V Manus Dextra. Intraoperative finding presents open dislocation proxymal interphalanx digiti V.
